IIPMBased on the complaints received and suo-motu on the basis of the information given on the website of Indian Institute of Planning & Management (http://www.iipm.edu /) offering free international study tours and free laptops to students of MBA/BBA, the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices (MRTP) Commission has initiated action against the IIPM.

This is not the first time that the Institute has got into controversy. They have been charged of fraud and misinformation quite a number of times. This is especially important for overseas Indians like us who are likely become victims of Tall Claims and Flashy facades.
