Worcester, Mass., Nov 29 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Two women have been ordered to pay more than $4,100 for stealing gifts at weddings. The women have also been placed on a three-year probation and ordered to stay away from alcohol and drugs

The court was told that the women robbed at least two weddings in Massachusetts earlier in the year. In each instance, they were captured by the surveillance cameras taking gifts and money away. The judge ordered that the two women, Jenna Desaro and Summer Igoe, should not contact their victims again.

The two pleaded guilty to the charges of larceny and conspiracy. The prosecutors said the two women were at a wedding reception in West Boylston’s Wachusett Country Club on the 21st of May. They made away with some gifts and cash meant for the newlywed. The managed to escape without being captured but the surveillance footage clearly showed them engaging in the activity.

They struck again on the 31st of May when they committed a similar act during a wedding reception at the Beechwood Hotel in Worcester. The two women were finally arrested and charged with the crimes.

The judge ordered the two women to receive treatment for their drug and alcohol addictions.
