Washington DC, Aug 13 (NEWS) It was on an early Saturday morning when Na Cola Darcel Franklin and her fiancé Billy Rafael Brewster were planning to tie the knot when a tragedy that really amused many and left others mourning took place. Franklin stabbed her husband to be with a knife to death. The stabbing resulted to puncturing of the heart thus leading to death.

According to the police, Franklin committed this crime on the morning of the wedding. However, Franklin claimed that she did not do this on purpose and she could not believe that her husband to be is dead. Billy’s death was pronounced at 3.24 a.m. His death was pronounced by the police who found Billy bleeding outside the apartment.

According to the cousin of the victim, the couples were fighting and when she heard someone yelling “knife” is when she went to look on what was happening. On reaching, she found her husband standing in the midst of the couple and Billy was bleeding at his side. Fearing that her husband would be in danger, she run and tackled the knife from Franklin.

Franklin was then arrested and when she was taken to the court, she kept on pleading with the judge to confirm if her husband to be was really dead claiming that she wanted her family back. The judge argued with her out telling her that she should not think of seeing her family very soon. She was however, charged with one account of homicide.
