wine Pennsylvania, Aug 8 (THAINDIAN NEWS) There is some very good news for all those who love their wine and reside in Pennsylvania. As the authorities have set up some wine vending machines on a trial run at many stores.

However prior to making a purchase the user would need to take a breath analyzer test, so as to rule out if he is drunk or not. The authorities don’t want the drunken people to operate the machines, hence the safety precaution is put in place.

At present the machines are put up as part of a trial run and if the run is a success then the state’s Liquor Control Board has some plans to unleash around 100 of such machines on to the public.

According to AP, the machine looks like a huge refrigerator despite the fact that the wine is kept at the room temperature. To procure the wine, the user needs to first choose the wine through the touch screen display, swipe an ID, take the breath analyzer test by blowing into a device and also exactly stare into the surveillance camera. Then an official who is placed at Harrisburg would match the ID and the physical appearance of the customer through the aid of the camera. The sale of wine would only be manually approved by the official if the breath analyzer test comes out negative.
