- Following its tradition of many years NBC News has once more given a unique opportunity to its viewers to have an insider’s look into the life of President Barack Obama. Through its program “Inside the Obama White House: Brian Williams Reports”, NBC hopes to provide its viewers the chance to have a look at what goes on in the life of the President while he is in the midst of his administrative work and a look inside the functioning Wing. NBC News’ Brian Williams is the host of the show and there is also a segment in the this two-part series where the President sits for an one to one interview with him.
Over the last forty years NBC News has profiled six presidents, starting with Richard Nixon. Barack Obama is the seventh president to be on the show. Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush were the five other presidents to be featured on the show. NBC News hopes that the audience enjoys this unique opportunity to have a peak into the life of the most powerful man on earth, the US President.
The channel had made huge arrangements for this show with 14 camera crews stationed at the spot along with high definition cameras and different kinds of lights being arranged and fitted in the West Wing. The producers hoped to have at least 100 hours of recording after the shooting process. The program also aimed at interviewing important officials in the administration to provide the viewers with a broader perspective.
The program is scheduled to be aired on June 2 and 3, 9 to 10 pm ET.

I really enjoyed Brian Williams interview with the Obamas. To see how our government works and also how they interact with one another makes gives the american people hope that they can once again depend on our new PRESIDENT. The previous administration should take lots of notes!

I would love the ability to buy this show on DVD, I have dear friends in Melbourne Australia that are huge fans of President Obama. Actually he is very popular in Australia from what my friend tells me, they would love the chance to see this spectacular piece of journalism. Well done Brian William and all of your staff.
