Was Hitler’s secret flying saucer going to attack London & New York?
November 18th, 2010 - 10:14 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattBerlin, Nov 18 (THAINDIAN NEWS) There has been a new debate on the Internet after a newspaper report that Hitler was well advanced with his plans to get the Luftwaffe to develop a flying saucer.
The German newspaper, PM has reported that new evidence points to an advanced Nazi UFO programme. The newspaper said the head of the Luftwaffe, Hermann Goering was ordered by Hitler to ensure the development of the UFO. Hitler believed that the UFO would change the outcome of the war then. The newspaper even went ahead to quote named witnesses who claimed that they saw an UFO with the Luftwaffe symbol on it flying over the Thames in 1944.
A similar sighting of an UFO was reported by the New York Times in 1944. The newspaper reported and carried pictures of “mysterious flying disc” that the paper said was traveling at an extremely high speed. If such a program existed, then it was a top secret project because the best Nazi UFO project that was recorded was the Schriever-Habermohl scheme. The project was initiated by the Luftwaffe. However it was taken over later by the armaments minister then, Albert Speer. It was eventually taken over again by the Luftwaffe in 1944.
