Apr 4, (THAINDIAN NEWS) As the flavor of Easter has already started gripping one and all, many people stood in confusion whether Wal-Mart stores will be open on Easter. Well, it’s been declared now that all the major Wal-Mart stores shall remain open on Easter Sunday for the ease of the customers to find their items without any hassle or hindrance.

Wal-Mart had a great treat for all kids as they participated in the Wal-Mart Super Center Easter egg hunt on Saturday morning. The hunt was not only for the Easter eggs but also for tasty candies and included prizes too. Wal-Mart had placed around 10,000 eggs for the Easter egg hunt that was being organized for the kids. There were many kids in the game who had come along with their parents for the very first time and it was great to witness all of them smiling and laughing all the way as they kept running through the green grass hunting for the Easter eggs.

The Easter eggs scattered all across the fields were all made of plastic and had toys, gifts and candies inside them. However, there was also one golden egg which had inside it the $50 certificate which carried Wal-Mart gifts for the lucky kid who finds the golden egg. A kid by the name of Sean Vasquez-Higgins was declared to be the lucky winner having hit upon the golden Easter egg. With the Easter Wal-Mart egg hunt coming to an end it was a relief for all the volunteers who had been alert all the while keeping an eye upon the event and ensuring that it turns out to be a successful one.
