Oct 29, (THAINDIAN NEWS) At a meeting with the leadership of Ukraine in Kiev, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin was apparently noticed with heavy make- up and an over application of yellow foundation. No. The trained Judo artist is not trying to shed his tough macho man image. He was rather trying to hide the two dark patches around his eyes, which seemed quite prominent all through out the meeting, despite his heavy make up.

Although the make up that he applied was heavy, but it could not conceal the puffiness, bruise-like blemishes on his eyes and cheek bones. As the dark circles became prominent, many media speculations came up, regarding how the minister acquired them. Some said he might have acquired them during a judo fight practice session, while the others said it could be due to fatigue after several fights and political tensions. Vladimir Putin, who is otherwise a very enthusiastic orator was not seen in his best spirit during the meeting. He entertained less questions from the media and also kept his speeches very short. That prompted some people to conclude that the politician was merely tired. On the other hand, some gossip loving people presumed that he might have underwent a face lift, complicated dental procedure or a plastic surgery, that left his cheeks bones and eyes puffy.

Vladimir Putin’s Spokes man attributed his puffy eyes to the rigorous traveling schedule and a whole lot of exhaustion that he has been going through for the last few days. He ruled out all other irrelevant allegations like injury during judo practice and face upliftment.
