Dec. 23, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Video game addiction has been one of the major problems of the children as well as the adults. Many people have the complain that video game addiction has affected the studies of their children and resulted to their poor performance in examination. However, the recent report related to video game addiction states that a lady who has been irritated with her son’s video game addiction has called up 911 for assistance. It appears that the lady has failed to control her son from playing different types of video game and has called up police for assistance.
As per the reports regarding the 911 call, the Boston lady had called up the police officials as her son was engrossed in playing video game and was not going to bed. Joe Zanoli, spokesperson of the police department said that the lady has called police around 2:30 a.m., on Saturday and informed that her son was not going to sleep. She also said that her son, a young boy of 14 year, was not listening to her and was roaming around in the entire house. The lady was more annoyed as her son has lighted the entire building while playing the game.
Though it was a silly complain, the police officers responded to the call and tried to persuade her son for obeying the words of her mother. However, it is unknown whether the child, who according to sources, is addicted to ‘Grand Theft Auto’ has repeated the same act everyday. Several parents are frustrated with their children’s addiction to video games and might come up with such complains in the coming days.

Well, video games is a complicated topic to give oppinion because kids always think the opposite as you.
But I do something with mine and I’d like to share it with you, because may be, it’s an option for your cases.
I play video games with them so I can control what they play and they have fun playing with their dad, so they almost forget those games they’d like to play and I don’t let them.
We like playing MMO games like World of Warcraft or the game from de movie Planet 51 (www.planet51online.com) so my sons learn social skills or communication skills on the Internet.
I think it’s a good idea for parents, playing with their sons because of the reasons I explained.
Well, I hope my comment it’s worth for everyone here.
thank you and bye!
