valerieroesler1Franconia VA., September 22, (THAINDIAN NEWS) According to sources, in an untoward incident, Valerie Roesler, a Fairfax county school teacher has been reportedly charged with “contributing to a delinquency” of a 15 year old teenager, after the alleged teacher and the boy were found together parked in a car in the wee hours of Sunday.

According to the police officials, the 27 year old school teacher who has been identified as Valerie Roesler of Alexandria was found intoxicated along with the boy (who wasn’t high on alcohol) inside a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer in Gunston Hill Lane at about 1.50 a.m. on Sunday. The police reportedly took Roesler in their custody, who was seemingly intoxicated. According to the investigators, the boy left his home without the consent of his parents. Initial investigations suggest that Roesler did not provide the teen with alcohol. She was also freed from any sex related charges. Initial investigations also revealed that the boy was not one of Roesler’s students. It is believed that Roesler met the teen at some other school.

The alleged incident brought outrage amongst the parents who have raised questions about the school’s rules and regulations. “Well it’s always a concern when you have a teacher outside a school setting spending time with a 15-year-old. It doesn’t look good, it’s inappropriate and it leads to the question, exactly what is going on?” said Debora Braxton, an seemingly outraged parent. “And even if she wasn’t a teacher that wouldn’t be good,” quipped Thearon Williams, a parent.

Roesler now faces charges of public drunkenness and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Investigations are being carried out and further charges can be imposed on the school teacher.
