U.S. Army recalls tens of thousands of Advanced Combat Helmets
May 15th, 2010 - 5:53 am ICT by BNO News ( Leave a comment )WASHINGTON, D.C. (BNO NEWS) — The U.S. Department of the Army on Friday announced it would recall tens of thousands of Advanced Combat Helmets because they do not meet Army specifications.
The Army said approximately 44,000 helmets would be recalled, representing about 4 percent of Advanced Combat Helmets issued to soldiers worldwide.
