Ukiah, California, man sentenced for dealing marijuana

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA (BNO NEWS) – A Ukiah, California man was sentenced to 70 months in prison for conspiring to distribute marijuana and possessing marijuana with the intent to distribute it, prosecutors announced on Monday.

Isaul Reyes Delgado, 36, was arrested as part of an undercover operation by the California Department of Justice, Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement, Mountain and Valley Marijuana Investigation Team (BNE MAVMIT) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

Delgado organized the attempted sale of 300 pounds of marijuana in Boonville, California. He pleaded guilty on September 3, 2009.
