UFO Sightings on the Ballot in Denver

Nov 2 (THAINDIAN NEWS) While the citizens of Denver, Colorado go out to vote today, they face a decision of galactic proportions, whether or not to form the “The Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission”, which would be a seven person committee set up to study reports of any UFO sightings in the area, and then publish their findings online.

“Initiative 300” was placed on the ballot for today by Jeff Peckman, a Den entrepreneur. He is demanding that the commission be formed in order to publish “evidence and witness testimony regarding extraterrestrial visitors on Earth” onto the City of Denver’s official website. He is also hoping for the committee to judge the possible risks or benefits of communicating with Extra Terrestrials, and create a way for citizens to report sightings.

Peckman has all his bases covered, and for those who would disagree with the city having to fund such a project, he expects the committee not to use tax money, but to be privately funded, and use donations as well.

His main reason for the request? “It is time to ask who these ET visitors are, why they are here, and what are the risks and benefits of interacting with them. It is time to enable people to report and discuss their UFO sightings and close encounters without fear of ridicule and threats. It is time to grow up and accept that we are part of a galactic community!”
