Two Wayland, NY residents arrested for criminal contempt and possession
February 10th, 2010 - 3:42 pm ICT by BNO News ( Leave a comment )WAYLAND, NEW YORK (BNO NEWS) – Two residents of Wayland, New York were arrested following a traffic stop, the state police said Monday.
Both, James L. Horne, 20, of Wayland and Ashley E. Teed, 20, of Caledonia, who was riding as a passenger, were arrested for Criminal Contempt 2nd and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th.
Horne was confined at the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $1000 cash bail or $2000 property bond. Teed is scheduled to appear in the Town of Wayland Court on Thursday, February 18.
