Two Boiling Springs SC Teachers Charged After Throwing Parties for Minors

Sep 22 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Two teachers from Boiling Springs were taken into custody by the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Department on Monday after they allegedly threw parties for teenagers which involved alcohol, marijuana, and immoral acts.

An investigation had been underway ever since July, when a parent came forward to file complaints against the teachers. Sarah Jane Lindsay, 42, and Audrey Beidleman Grabarkiewicz, 44 were arrested for and charged on various counts.

Lindsay, who is a teacher at Boiling Springs Elementary was charged with nine counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and criminal sexual conduct with a minor between 11 and 14 years old. Grabarkiewicz is a preschool teacher at Lake Bowen Baptist Church and was charged with 10 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Although she also had sexual relations with some of the victims, she was not charged in those acts, because they were 16 years old.
