California, Aug 23 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Reports say that a turtle was found taped in a balloon at a eucalyptus tree which is located at the sea shores at southern California. The Humane society officials are however carrying out their investigations to determine who is under the cause of the inhuman act.

According to Chanelle Wright, a nearby resident, she informed the fire department and humane Society who later came after an hour for the rescue of the turtle. As the rescuers were doing their job to try and rescue the turtle using a ladder, a heavy wind came by and blew the turtle to the ground.

This was some kind of advantage to them because the turtle managed to come out of the tragedy when it was blown by the wind. They had however reported that the turtle is not suffering from any form of injuries and it is safe and sound.

They also claimed that they are carrying out their investigations to come up with the correct speculations about the incident. They have kept it under their care and they are ready to take care of it even if the owner does not show up. Wright however claimed that she is ready to take the first responsibility of taking care of the turtle if the owner does not show up.
