London, May 22 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The 91 uniformed musicians who took part in the Queen’s diamond jubilee ceremony at Wellington Barracks near Buckingham Palace have entered the Guinness World Records after playing the longest ever fanfare. The event was part of the festival World Record, during which a number of events taking place in the British capital will aim at breaking more than 20 world records certified by Guinness.

Major representatives and politicians attended the event, which was staged by the Victoria Business Improvement District (BID), an organization dedicated to the promotion of business enterprise in this part of London. Ruth Duston, BID’s CEO expressed her satisfaction with the new record.
