Trumansburg, NY resident arrested and charged for drunk driving
February 9th, 2010 - 1:53 am ICT by BNO NewsVIRGIL, NEW YORK (BNO NEWS) – Troopers with the New York State Police on Saturday arrested a Trumansburg resident for driving while intoxicated, police said on Monday.
James O. Winkleblack, 24, was arrested for driving while having a blood alcohol content result of .13 percent, well above the legal limit of .08 percent. The arrest resulted after a traffic stop in Virgil.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Virgil Court on February 23.
