Hong Kong, Feb 3, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The High Court judges in Hong Kong have finally declared their judgment on the property battle of Nina Wang, who was known to be the richest woman of Asia. As per the reports the fortune owned by Nina Wang would go to the charity that was established by her. The decision of the court made it clear that Tony Chan, the Feng Shui adviser and the alleged lover of Nina Wang will not receive any share of her property, as his claims were baseless.
According to the reports, the claims of Tony Chan on the property of Nina Wang had been dismissed as the will he provided to present himself as the rightful owner of the lady’s property, had fake signatures of the lady. It has been reported that Tony Chan, who had tried to usurp the property of Nina Wang in an illegal manner might have to face investigation for his false claims. In an interview, a police spokesperson threw some light on this case and said that Department of Justice and police would conduct some study on the verdict of the case for deciding how they should start the follow up of the case.
As per the reports, if the investigation reports prove the allegations brought against him then the former bar tender might face charges of forgery. The estate battle had started when Tony Chan and the officials of the Nina Wang’s charitable foundation claimed their rights on the fortune of Nina Wang, which she had inherited from her business tycoon husband.
