Three individuals of Washington arrested for drug possession near Eugene, Oregon

EUGENE, OREGON (BNO NEWS) – Three individuals of Washington State were arrested for possessing marijuana and other controlled substances near Eugene, Oregon, The Oregon State Police (OSP) announced on Thursday.

On February 10, 2010 an OSP trooper stopped a 1992 Pontiac vehicle for several traffic violations while driving across Interstate 5 highway near Eugene, Oregon. After the traffic stop, the law agent found approximately 3 pounds of marijuana concealed in bags inside the car’s trunk valued at around $10,000.

The two passengers and the driver also possessed 14 tablets of ecstasy, undisclosed amounts of Vicodin, a stun gun, a baton, burglar tools and other drug paraphernalia. The defendants, all from Washington, are held in the Lane County Jail.

The driver, Justin Mitchell Joy, 24, from Lakewood was charged on possession and distribution of marijuana, possession and distribution of ecstasy and possession of burglar tools.

The female passenger, Havah Eisenmann, 24, from Republic was accused for possession and distribution of marijuana and possession and distribution of Vicodin.

The other passenger, Philip Witko, 22, from Kent was taken into custody for possession and distribution of marijuana and for felon in possession of a restricted weapon.
