Three arrested following Louisville, New York traffic stop

MASSENA, NEW YORK (BNO NEWS) — Three people were arrested and charged with various offenses after a traffic stop in Louisville, New York, state police said on Sunday.

Officers stopped the vehicle on State Highway 56 in Louisville and discovered one of the occupants to be in the possession of a small quantity of cocaine. Scott M. Douillet, 34, of Massena was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th and Consuming Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle. He was released and is scheduled to appear in the Louisville Town Court on Wednesday at 5.30 p.m. local time.

Two other people in the car were also arrested. Robert F. Green, 31, of Raymondville was charged with Consuming Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle and released to appear in the Town of Louisville Court later this month. Tammy J. Serge, 40, was charged with no plate lamps and was also released. Serge will appear in court later this month.
