The sad story of Shaniya Davis

Sanford, Nov 17 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Shaniya Davis was a five-year-old girl, whom her mother Antoinette Davis send for prostitution last week and she was subsequently found dead yesterday near her house.
Shaniya’s mother Antoinette Davis has been arrested in connection with her daughter’s death. She entered no plea during a brief court appearance yesterday. She’s charged with human trafficking and felony child abuse. Police say her 5-year-old daughter was offered for prostitution.
Bradley Lockhart who is the father of the dead girl Shaniya Davis, said that he raised his daughter for quiet some time, but after her mother recently got a new job and a new home, decided to let his daughter stay with her mother. He claims that the relationship between himself and Antoinette Nicole Davis was a “one night stand,” and he never had any issues about raising his daughter Shaniya. He now bitterly laments sending his little girl to her mother.
The police have arrested Mario Andrette McNeill, 29, on Friday, who has apparently admitted to taking the girl, but he will plead not guilty to charges of first-degree kidnapping. Shaniya and NcNeill were supposedly captured on a security video at a nearby hotel and by the time, police came for investigations they had checked out.
