Austin, Apr 28 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Texas Governor Rick Perry shot dead a coyote with his laser-sighted pistol. Rick Perry was jogging in the morning in an area near Austin, which is quite undeveloped and secluded. Then he saw that a coyote was threatening his dog, and Terry immediately took out his pistol, which is also laser sighted and shot the coyote in one clean shot.

This incident happened in February, because the Governor couldn’t bear to see a coyote that has some dirty designs on his daughter’s Labrador retriever pup. Later he said to the media that he sometimes has a pistol with him on his morning jog, because he has seen snakes and coyotes in that region. So for self-defense he takes a .380 pistol with himself, which is filled with hollow-pointed bullets. “Don’t attack my dog or you might get shot … if you’re a coyote,” Perry said.

He is currently the 47th Governor of Texas, and he has been the incumbent Governor since the last ten years. He is a Republican politician. Rick Perry was also the chairman of the Republican Governors Association in 2008.
