Taxes call is a life-saver for Kentucky man

Earl Phillips, Kentucky inhabitant was having a conversation about his taxes, with state employee Natalie Brown on the 26th May, when she suddenly noticed that Earl seemed ill and was also breathing very heavily.
Earl Phillips didn’t want to disclose to a stranger that he was in the midst of an heart attack, so he didn’t ask her for help either. But Natalie was smart, and she verified his address and then called the 911 and sent them to his address.
The medical team reached his residence in time, and promptly acted which managed to save his life too. Earl Phillips was taken to a Louisville Hospital, where the doctors determined that one of his arteries was blocked 90% So the doctors performed the necessary procedures and also put a stent in his heart.
The way in which Natalie Brown managed to save the life of Earl Phillips has received a lot of praise, from all quarters. Even the Governor Steve Beshear praised her dedication on Friday.
