State police in Somers, NY arrest a man for criminal trespassing
January 17th, 2010 - 1:34 pm ICT by BNO NewsSOMERS, NEW YORK (BNO NEWS) – State Police in Somers, NY arrested a man Friday for criminal trespassing.
William T. Brown, 27, was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespassing in the 2nd degree. After receiving and investigating a civilian complaint for a possible trespasser at a residence in the Town of Somers, it was determined that Mr. Brown had entered a residence and remained inside without the homeowner’s permission.
Brown was transported to the State Police barracks in the Somers where he was processed, issued an appearance ticket and subsequently released.
