March 25, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): A teacher of a school in the southern part of the state of California (known colloquially as SoCal) has been arrested. The felony for which the educator finds himself in detention now is teaching, purportedly, under a condition of drunkenness.

The name of the teacher is Tonya Neff. He was the instructor of the Toro Canyon Middle School. He was transported to the Indio detention center on Tuesday afternoon. He was sent into custody with the indictment of having perpetrated a felony that could have endangered the children.

The overseers at the Toro Canyon Middle School of Thermal have vocalized to the Department of the Sheriff of the Riverside County that the educator, a quadragenarian, was actually inebriated on the territory of the campus.

The Sgt. of the Sheriff, Mike Tapp, has voiced that Tonya Neff had consumed prescriptive medicines. He had also gulped down alcoholic beverages. An intoxicating cocktail was also discovered in the interior of a pot.

Superintendent Ricardo Medina of the Coachella Valley school district has pronounced that there was, in no way, a danger to the learners of the seventh grade of Tonya Neff. Tonya Neff has been declared to be on leave.
