Shooting Outside Jacksonville Apartment Complex Kills Two, Injures One

gunJacksonville, Florida, Sep 5, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Police authorities are investigating a shooting incident that took place outside an apartment complex in the Brentwood area. It has been reported that following the incident two people were killed and a person was left injured. Cops have divulged that an emergency call was placed to them during the wee hours of Saturday morning from the Brentwood Park Apartments situated on the N. Village Center Drive.

According to Sgt. Michael Hall, who is associated with the Homicide Unit of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office later told reporters that after responding to the call when they arrived at the given address, they found a man and a woman on the ground while a third person with a gunshot injury was seen lying nearby. While the man and the woman were found to be dead, the person with the gunshot wound was immediately taken to a medical facility and his condition is said to be quite critical. At the same time, Sgt. Michael Hall went on to say that the police have undertaken a probe in the incident to find out the connection between the three and whether they were residents of the apartment complex is Brentwood area.

However, as of now any further information about the shooting incident has not been revealed to the media as it is still under investigation. In the meanwhile, it has been reported that all the three individuals involved in the incident appear to be in their early twenties although their identities have not been revealed. No suspects has been taken into custody by the cops as yet.
