Shocking new details emerge from Sandra Cantu case

- racy, CALIFORNIA (BNO NEWS) – Shocking new details about the way 8-year-old Sandra Cantu from Tracy, California died in March emerged on Sunday, a case that grabbed national headlines.
28-year-old Melissa Huckaby is suspected of murdering the young girl, but has also been charged with kidnapping and rape. Her body was found inside a suitcase in an irrigation pond but officials are no longer releasing information on the case because of a gag order. But new details emerged on Sunday, claiming Huckaby raped Sandra with a screwdriver before she died, a source told BNO News. The source said the information is not expected to be released until after the trial.
The source told BNO News that Sandra Cantu’s father, Danny Cantu, has said the Clover Road Baptist Church, where Huckaby’s grandfather is the pastor, is actually a cult with 13 members. Danny also said, according to the source, that he did not kill Sandra and that he would take a lie detector test to prove it.
Danny said he had connections “due to his past” and that the person who killed his daughter “would be taken care of.” He further said the pastor of the church had nothing to do with the girl’s murder and that Sandra’s DNA was found on a cot at the church.

There is a gag order in this case, which is why these details are not being reported in the regular news. If this stuff is true, it is certainly disturbing, Please bear in mind though, that in California law, rape with an object or with a body part can mean any penetration, no matter how slight. This is still horrifying. My prayers go out.

WHEN I READ NEWS LIKE THIS, IT MAKES ME SICK.PEOPLE WHO COMMIT CRIMES LIKE THESE SHOULD BE SHOWN NO MERCY WHATSOEVER.THEY ARE JUST PLAIN EVIL. WHAT ANGERS ME THE MOST IS THAT ONCE THEY ARE CAUGHT, THEY ARE GIVEN SECURITY SO THAT NOONE CAN HARM THEM BECAUSE THEY DESERVE AFAIR TRIAL.OMG!! WHERE WAS THIS PROTECTION FOR SANDRA CANTU OR ANY OTHER CHILD THAT FALLS VICTIMS TO THESE MONSTERS.

well, from what has been released, that is consistent. the coroner said he had “preserved the evidence” from sandra. and they did charge rape with a foreign object. and much evidence was taken from the church. the motive for why a woman would do this is unclear to me, but i would prefer it to be. my heart goes out to the parents and friends, but mostly it goes out to Sandra. :( Danny should keep his mouth shut and do what he must. just that.

why do they do a gag order then allow stuff like this to leak out.. I myself feel its stupid to do this whole gag order thing to begin with. as we live in america and pay for our protection and courts We have a right to know. And we should be givin true information.. not something someone might have made up. thank god the time is almost at hand where they can charge this woman hopefully she relizes for her part in this she is never leaving prison and just tells the people what really happened that day so any and all parties involved are taken off the streets.

Even with the gag order in place, a jury will have to be selected, and expected to keep an open mind on all thy are going to hear and see. We can only hope that the wheels of justice will turn, and if this person is found guilty, be put far, far away forever.

Another good reason not to commit any crimes: If you have to go to prison, screwdriver rapists will be there with you.

Shame on you. the judge was right. Now the only picture of Sandra in my mind is not the sweet little girl, it’s drugged out of her mind, impaled on a screwdriver and tortured to death. How can they ever find a jury to be objective, weigh the evidence and find her guilty? How can you take a “reliable source” and publish this? :( the Chavez family must be horrified. The judge was right. putting a seal on some evidence should apply to the press too. she should find you in contempt, send you to jail, do not pass go, do not collect $200.

saying theres sandras dna on a cot in the church.. is saying they found her blood there. very clear leaked evidence… no matter what anyone says

In my opinion the church should be closed or destroyed. Who would want to go to church there knowing that happened to Sandra? The place is evil.
