Nov.20, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The autopsy report of 5 year old girl Shaniya Davis who was missing from her house, once again highlighted how children are send into the human trafficking business. Police officials on Thursday evening declared the preliminary autopsy reports and said that someone had raped the girl before her death. Police officials in the press conference also declared that strangulation led to her death. The preliminary report is expected to help the authorities in progressing with the investigation of the case and arrest people were involved in this inhumanely act.

Police officials have stated that the final report of the autopsy is yet to come as the tests are still going on. Final reports of the case may help in pointing out the guilty properly. Sources stated that after the preliminary reports have surfaced, police charged Mario Andrette McNeil for raping the girl and murdering her. He was already in police custody with charges of kidnapping Shaniya Davis. Police arrested him after they saw the hotel surveillance video in which McNeil had taken the girl, Shaniya Davis.

Antoinette Nicole Davis, the mother of Shaniya Davis is also in the police custody and is accused with the charges of human trafficking and child abuse. Reports of the sources stated that she is suspected for sending Shaniya Davis in prostitution business and knew everything about her sudden disappearance. She might face more charges with the investigation of the case. Mother’s involvement in the disappearance and murder of her child is quite disappointing and many are worried about a girl’s security in her home.
