New York, Mar 9 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Prior to becoming a serial killer, Rodney Alcala appeared on the show ‘The Dating Game’. Jed Mills was the unfortunate contestant who was sitting next to him on that fateful day, and she says that she remembers it still quite clearly. “Oh yeah, I remember it quite clearly. He was creepy. Definitely creepy. That’s when I became part of a nightmare, and I didn’t realize it was a nightmare until 32 years later,” Mills said. When he appeared on the show, then also he was a convicted felon, as he had been convicted for the rape of an 8-year-old girl.

Currently he is 66 years old, and he has been found guilty of murdering 4 women and a hapless child too, in February 2010.He hasn’t hired an attorney, and is acting as his own defense lawyer. He is hopeful that his defense would be so strong, that he would be able to turn the conviction around, and the jury would spare his life. He had murdered the women and the child around 4 decades earlier. At that time no one suspected that he could be a psychopath, which have the attributes of being unstable and have very antisocial skills.
