Secret Service Stopped The Salahis Near White House

Washington, May 21, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Gatecrashers, they never stop trying and after the last Wednesday incident, White House might need to maintain a high level of privacy about the dinner parties. Infamous couple Michaele Salahi and Tareq Salahi who gatecrashed the last White House State Dinner held in honor of Indian Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh was reportedly taken into custody by the secret services. The couple was travelling in a limo when they were stopped by the officials at the 15th and Constitution NW crossing on Wednesday. The limo driver was asked to pull over after he got a ticket as the car ran over a red light. The officials said that the car turned round the restricted zone of Ellipse where civilian cars are not allowed to go.
The officials told the media that the car was trying to get past the restricted zone heading towards White House after it tripped past the red light. It was during 8 p.m at night when the secret services officers pulled over the limo. Edwin Donovan who happens to be a chief spokesman for the Secret Services told the media that the Salahis were spotted in the car after the driver stopped the vehicle only a few blocks away from the main entrance of White House.
The Salahis made it to the headlines after they gatecrashed the State Dinner which is still under investigation. The Secret Services officials had taken the couple under custody after the limo stopped but released them within half an hour. After they were released, the couple had a dinner at a restaurant not far away from the White House.
