Scrabble cheat kicked out of tournament

Wellington, Aug 20 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Nigel Richards, who is also considered as the new record champion of this year’s National Scrabble won two records in this year. Another participant overshadowed the tournament when he became the first one to be ejected from the game.

Nigel, who is aged 45 years finished with a record of 22-9 thus setting up two records that are new in the SCRABBLE Tournament. The record holder was born in New Zealand and his occupation is a security analyst. He now lives in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. His achievement was however overshadowed by his two precious blank tiles which are so important and valuable. This is because they can be used as any word one is interested in.

One of the youth players who are ranked at the top was kicked out at the level of Division three National SCRABBLE Championship Tournament. He was kicked out on Tuesday after being found cheating thus his disqualification. These were the reports that were proven by John D. Williams Jr who is regarded as the executive director of the National SCRABBLE Association.

According to the organizers of the game, it was alleged that such a cheating case has never happened for 30 years of in the competition, therefore, it was considered to be an achievement as well.
