London, England, Feb 21, (THAINDIAN NEWS) A Saudi Arabian prince, Saud Bin Abdulaziz Bin Nasir Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has been accused of murdering his aide, and made an appearance in the Westminster Magistrates Court. He has been remanded in custody, and would be appearing before the court in Old Bailey again on May 28 for a hearing. Next week, a bail hearing is supposed to take place. During the time that the prince was present at the court, he did not speak at all, except to confirm his stand that he is not guilty as per the charges, and for the confirmation of all the other details as he was asked. He had to take the help of an interpreter.

The 33-year-old Saudi Arabian prince, Saud Bin Abdulaziz Bin Nasir Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has been slapped with the charges of murdering his aide, Bandar Abdullah Abdulaziz. A postmortem probe confirmed that Bandar Abdullah Abdulaziz had succumbed to grave injuries on the head, and had also been strangled. It is believed by the police that the murder had taken place on Monday, in Marleybone, at the Landmark Hotel.

According to the defending attorney, Michael Wolkind QC, Saud Bin Abdulaziz Bin Nasir Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud is not guilty of the charges that have been slapped on him. Michael Wolkind insisted that the accusations are completely false, and that the relationship between the prince and his aide had been that of “genuine friendship.” He also mentioned that he would prove at the end of the trail that the whole thing was a mistake, and that the death of the aide is a very unhappy incident for the prince.
