San Bruno FireSan Bruno, Sep 11, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The devastating fire that broke out in the suburbs of San Bruno in California has left behind a total mess and the death toll has climbed to 4 as per the latest update. The fire as everyone knows now was caused by a blast in the natural gas line owned by the PG&E. The raging fire became so powerful owing to the flow of gas in the line that could not be stopped for a very long time. After the fire was doused the damage inspection started. 37 houses in the area have been burnt to ashes while 8 others have been badly damaged. The place where the pipeline got ruptured has turned into a large water filled crater. The trees in the vicinity have got burnt badly and they remind one of supernatural flicks. Dennis Haag the San Bruno Fire Chief said in a statement that in his career he has seldom witnessed such a massive fire.

People who fled their homes or were evacuated by the authorities on an emergency basis are now trying to find out if anything is left of their home Canad property. As is the case with any such tragedy life is slowly limping back to normalcy. Luckily the victims are getting plenty of donations from people who have been moved by their loss.

Nearly 500 people voluntarily donated clothes, food, diapers and other essential stuffs to the victims. They are donating all these to the relief centers that have been set up near the site. The victims have said that they are touched by the response they are getting from others after the tragedy.
