Saddam Hussein’s cousin “Chemical Ali” executed

BAGHDAD (BNO NEWS) — Saddam Hussein’s cousin Ali Hassan al-Majeed, internationally best known as Chemical Ali, was executed on Monday, a government spokesman said.
Government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh confirmed to BNO News the execution was carried out, but provided no further details.
al-Majid was recently sentenced to death for his involvement in a poison gas attack on Halabja. He was also sentenced to death for other crimes against humanity.
