The influential conservative political commentator had to wait for one whole year to come to terms with the promise that he made i.e. to leave the exotic penthouse of his.

According to sources, Rush Limbaugh threatened to quit the Big Apple last year when Gov. David Patterson proposed a tax raise on the residents of New York with more than an annual income of $500,000. Although it took a one whole year, finally Rush Limbaugh has put his 5th Avenue penthouse up for the market at a price of $13.95 million. The exotic apartment which previously belonged to Rush Limbaugh comprises of four terraces, ten rooms and hand painted murals. Speculators say that the radio host cum political commentator’s decision of selling his penthouse is triggered by his long made promise to the residents of New York. Sources reveal that Rush Limbaugh had announced last March that he will be leaving his posh apartment when Gov. Patterson suggested that there will be a tax raise over New York-ers earning more than a sum of $500,000 annually. It took one whole year for the American radio host to leave his 5th Avenue penthouse.

The exotic penthouse of Rush Limbaugh is up for sale at a price of $13.95 million. Although there hasn’t been any further reports regarding the current ownership of the penthouse, but it is believed that the house will have several customers barging in to lay their hands over this exotic apartment.
