Prince William Sep 10 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Prince William once told the world that he was never going to marry, until he was at least 28 years old. Since he reached that age in June, the rumors have continued to grow in the way of an American fish tale, as everyone in Britain speculates on not if but when the young prince will make Kate Middleton a princess bride.

According to The New York Post, Prince Julius Eduard von Anhalt of Germany, who is a distant relation of Prince William, said that the couple will announce their engagement this upcoming fall, and the wedding will be in July. The wedding would be held at Westminster Abbey.

The two have been dating for the last seven years, after meeting as students at St. Andrews University. William’s reluctance to set a date has earned Kate the nickname “Waity Katie” but in all fairness, William has been working on his career first, and has recently settled in to his new job as a search and rescue pilot. He must live at the Royal Air Force barracks for several months as he works different shifts.

Since the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee will be held in 2012, along with the London Olympics, if the couple are not married in 2011, then “Waitie Katie” will be waiting until at least 2013. Since this is definitely not the first time that wedding rumors have spread about this couple, the world will just have to wait and see if Prince William will finally “man up” as they call it in America. “The only two people who know anything about their future plans are Prince William and Kate Middleton,” a spokesman stated.
