Royal couple honeymoon on the Seychelles Islands
May 11th, 2011 - 2:15 am ICT by Aishwarya BhattVictoria, May 10 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have now gone to the Seychelles Islands for a 10 day honeymoon. They went to the picturesque location via a private jet. They first landed in Mahe in the morning and from there they went to the private island that they have booked, via a helicopter. According to Daily Mail, a source said that, the just married couple “slipped out of the country very quietly, they didn’t want a fuss.”
The news was confirmed by Seychelles tourism official. Their private bungalow on the private island comes with staff and a personal chef as well.
Prince William and Kate Middleton had gotten married in a lavish ceremony on the 29th of April at Westminster Abbey. After their wedding, it was being speculated that they would rush for a honeymoon, but that wasn’t the case. Prince William went back to attend to his professional duties for a few days, whereas his pretty wife was seen buying groceries.
Prior to this, 4 years ago, Prince William and Kate Middleton had visited the Desroches Island. It was a making up vacation, as they had broken up just before that. In that vacation they had indulged in snorkeling and other water activities.
