June 3, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The fans of the game franchisee Call of Duty can never have enough of maps and stimulus packs as it seems. They are forever searching for new additions and extras that enhance the gaming experience.

The players of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 which is a wildly popular game got its first map pack named Stimulus Package a few months back and they were upbeat about that. The first map pack generally garnered good reviews from the game critics and reviewers.

Now the second map pack of the game named Resurgence Pack has arrived and as expected the lovers of the game franchise are going berserk over it.

The Resurgence Pack has been made available today but only the gamers who own Xbox 360 console.

The PC and PS3 versions of the stimulus pack will be made available after some time. It has been reported that the Resurgence Pack DLC has 5 maps for the FPS mode in the game.

The first map pack for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 had a price tag of $15 and the cost of the latest map pack has been kept the same. The first map pack was released in March and sold in record numbers.

The Resurgence Pack has 5 maps and three of them are new. The new maps are Trailer Park, Carnival, Fuel. The release of this expansion pack will send the publisher Activision laughing all the way to the bank. The new DLC hopefully would not come with the glitch its predecessor had.

It is expected that this pack to will sell like hot cakes.
