‘Rent is too damn high’ doll on offer for $49.99

A Connecticut company has made a doll of Jimmy McMillan and is offering it for $49.99. This is just no ordinary doll. It is a speaking doll and the doll repeats the famous line of the New York governor wannabe.
Jimmy spoke the words “The Rent Is Too Damn High” during a political debate. The words became an instant political sensation and it seems the company is taking advantage of the fame to make some money. The plastic doll was launched on Monday and according to the owner of the company the dolls had sold in hundreds by Wednesday. The doll is a 12 inch figure and is cast in the shape of McMillan.
The owner of Herobuilders.com, which markets the dolls, Emil Vitale revealed that he had not seen McMillan in person. He has only seen him on television. The company is also offering Sarah Palin, Barack Obama and Michelle Obama talking dolls amongst other famous figure talking dolls.
