London, Jan 23 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Michael and Carole Middleton, parents of the Duchess of Cambridge, have launched an “adult” for public occasions outfits on their website. British media reports say the family launched the outfits on the website of their company Party Pieces.

The outfits include female pirate gears, French maid-style mini skirts and a Superman outfit. The family has placed the dresses under the section called adult occasions on the website (www.partypieces.co.uk).

The Middletons came into the public eye when their daughter, Kate, got married to Prince William last year. The event, arguably the biggest in 2011, was watched by an estimated global audience of 2 billion people.

The Middletons have since been accused of cashing in on their connection to the Royal Family. Some sections of the UK press claim that the family creates Royal Family–themed memorabilia for their own businesses.

The most famous Middleton, now that Kate is no more, is Pippa. Since the royal wedding, Pippa has moved from obscurity to one of the most recognized faces in the world.

Prince William is second in line to the British throne. His father, Prince Charles, is next in line to sit on the throne.
