President Barack Obama’s Effigy In School Earns Criticism

Central Falls, Mar 19, (THAINDIAN NEWS) US President Barack Obama, who had received huge support in the presidential election from the people of his country is facing oppositions in different states. Several reports indicated that people were not satisfied with some of the measures of President Barack Obama and have expressed discontent about them. However, the latest reports indicating, President Barack Obama’s effigy hung in a classroom of the Central Falls High School is considered to be a disgraceful activity.
According to the reports of the sources, some teachers of the school had allegedly hung the effigy of President Barack Obama after they were fired from their job. It has been reported that they had hung the effigy of the President to express their opinion against the President’s decision to back some extreme measures for ensuring proper accountability in the schools.
As per the reports, the effigy was found in the classroom on Monday and has created a disturbance. Reports indicated that the teachers union had been extremely disappointed with the news and condemned the activity on Thursday. It has been reported teachers union has stated that it was a wrong act and whatever be the circumstances, they cannot accept it.
As stated by the sources, Superintendent Frances Gallo was the first person to see that the effigy of President Barack Obama was hanging in the classroom of the teachers. It has been reported that Frances Gallo was disappointed to see the effigy and considered the scene to be “horrific” as well as “startling”. However, the authorities consider the entire incident to be an internal matter.
