Police officers arrest a woman in Cortlandt, NY for drunk driving
January 18th, 2010 - 2:36 pm ICT by BNO NewsCORTLANDT, NEW YORK (BNO NEWS) – Police officers arrest a woman in Cortlandt, NY for drunk driving Saturday after failing a sobriety test.
Lauren P. Guiliano, 22, was involved in a one-car Property Destruction Auto Accident. Upon an interview of Guiliano, the officer noticed a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath and her eyes appeared glassy and red. Guiliano failed a field sobriety test at roadside and was subsequently placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated.
Guliano gave a positive breath sample of .14% BAC and was issued 3 Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to the Town of Cortlandt.
