Pink DolphinAccording to the Telegraph, a British newspaper, a pink dolphin was discovered by a boat captain in Calcasieu Lake, Louisiana (aka Lake Louisana).

The albino dolphin was swimming with his mother on the lake, which is an inland saltwater estuary north of the Gulf of Mexico. The dolphin gets the pink color because it lacks the pigment that would turn it the same color as its mother. “The world’s only pink Bottlenose dolphin which was discovered in an inland lake in Louisiana, USA, has become such an attraction that conservationists have warned tourists to leave it alone.” A charter boat captain named Erik Rue, 42, first photographed “Pinky”. The albinos have reddish eyes and pink skin.
