People Pray For Matt Chandler’s Brain Tumor Surgery

Matt ChandlerDec. 05, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Today is the day that the young pastor of Dallas, Matt Chandler, who collapsed on Thanksgiving Day, go in for a surgery. The pastor is suffering from brain tumor and has been under medical care for last few days. Doctors who were treating the pastor said that they would have to perform biopsy to detect whether the tumor in the brain of Matt Chandler is malignant or not.

People all over Dallas and beyond have been saddened after learning about the brain tumor of the pastor and prayed for his quick recovery. Communications Director of the Village Church, Gilbert Montez said that people in different parts of the world have been praying for the pastor’s health. He indicated that the news of Matt Chandler’s brain tumor surgery spread rapidly via Internet and numerous people have expressed their concern for the pastor.

Matt Chandler has gained huge popularity among people by teaching through the means of podcasts. As the pastor used the Internet as a medium of his communication, he has gained a widespread popularity within a short span of time. He has served the Village Church for seven years and made the church popular among the masses. On the day of his surgery, followers of the Village Church were asked to have a fast and pray for the pastor’s health. As the family members of pastor Matt Chandler did not want a huge crowd to gather in front of the hospital, people were requested to respect the wishes of Matt Chandler’s family and not visit the hospital.
