Ohio Lottery This ‘rags to riches’ story will certainly find favor with almost everyone as news spread like wildfire about the winner of the Ohio Lottery.

Linda Morgan, who is a resident of Warren, won $250,000 cash prize at the June 26, Mega Million’s draw. What makes the story more worthy of being retold is the fact that on the very same day, she was involved in training an employee on the lottery machine. The Ohio Lottery Commission made the announcement regarding the winner of the lottery draw today itself.

It is reported that the winning prize went to the lady after five numbers coincided with the numbers on her lottery coupon at the second tier Ohio Lottery draw on Friday. Morgan has said that she usually does not purchase any Mega Million lottery tickets; however, on this particular occasion she had made an exception, which proved to be real fortunate for her.

Linda Morgan manages the Lottery News Connection on the East Market Street. She had bought a ticket that was a leftover, which fetched for her the winning cash prize amount. After all the deductions (31%) of state and federal taxes, Morgan will be receiving $172,500 from her winning amount of $250,000.

Earlier this week, on June 29, it was reported that the Ohio Lottery swapped the present company, the computers, software, counter top ticket dispensers, all within the short span of Tuesday night so that Wednesday’s business can carry on as usual. Now on, the Ohio Lottery will be undertaken by Greek gaming company Intralot, which has emerged as the final winner in the Ohio Lottery war that has been going on for the past three years.
