Kenneth Biros Lucasville, Dec 8 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Kenneth Biros was executed with a one-drug intravenous lethal injection, a new method that has never before used on any human being till now. He became the very first person on whom it was successfully tried.

The Convicted Trumbull County murderer Kenneth Biros apologized prior to his unique execution. He also thanked his family and friends in a benevolent spirit for their support and prayers. And then he was executed at 11:47 a.m. on Tuesday morning at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility.

The Ohio killer had murdered the 22-year-old Tami Engstrom in 1991 and even while dying he did not have the guts to look at the family members of the woman whom he murdered in 1991 as he lay dying on in the execution chamber.

The fifty-one year old Kenneth Biros, was moved on Monday to the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville for his execution by a new method on Tuesday,

His lawyers had earlier appealed to the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court after federal Judge Gregory Frost Monday refused to postpone the execution because of the new injection protocol, which hadn’t been tried before on human beings.
