May 3, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Jose Andres is planning to open two restaurants in the city of Las Vegas very soon. The chef and his partners already own a chain of restaurants in and around Washington D.C. and are very popular as the owners of the Jaleo restaurant which serves traditional Spanish cuisine. This time too the chef plans to open two brand new restaurants at Las Vegas which would offer a variety of cuisines.
Jose Andres has announced that his new venture at Las Vegas will cater to the 3000-room resort that is soon to start its services at the Strip from the month of December onwards. It has been reported that out of the two restaurants that the celebrity chef plans to start one will be a Spanish ‘tapa’ and the other will serve a combination of Mexican and Chinese food and will be called “Noodle Taco”.

The man is not only the owner of the reputed restaurants but also the author of several cook-books. After Las Vegas, Jose Andres also reportedly plans to open restaurants in China.
