London, Feb 10 (THAINDIAN NEWS) When Nick Skilton Dawlish dreamed of building a mansion at the coast, he didn’t imagine that just six years later, the mansion that he would build would be just a feet away from the sea.

Strong tides and landslide had taken most of the land that the £1.75million mansion sits on. The current owners of the house could just watch in disbelief as the mansion’s garden was pushed into the sea. It was the second landslide in just fours days and things don’t look good.

The mansion is currently sitting very close to the edge and from the rate that the land is being taken away it wouldn’t take that long for the mansion to end up in the sea itself.

Nick envisaged that in a way so he sold off the property to another unfortunate owner who wants to remain anonymous. She spoke to reporters.

She said that, “There was an earlier fall about three years ago but this one has brought down at least one tree and it looks like there are several others which could come down.”

The mansion is currently valued far less than what it was when she bought it in 2009. After paying £1.75million for the mansion, the edifice is now estimated at £1.1million and that is if the pins and the iron gates installed are able to keep the tide away for now.
