New York State Police arrest a Campbell, NY man for shooting dog
February 12th, 2010 - 6:38 am ICT by BNO News ( Leave a comment )CORNING, NEW YORK (BNO NEWS) – State Police last Saturday arrested a Campbell, New York man for torturing or injuring an animal, police officials said on Thursday.
Bruce K. Carpenter, 28, was arrested after a complaint was issued against him for Torturing or Injuring Animals. He allegedly shot his neighbor’s dog.
Carpenter is scheduled to appear in the Town of Corning Court on Monday.
